Got this for my 2010 Avalanche. Excellent quality and fit. Installed in less then 10 minutes. Looks like a factory installed item. Don't think twice about getting one for your truck.

Nice looking but needs better attachment

Even after following the mounting directions, and applying the 3M taped item to the tailgate, the lower half has come loose. I won't send it back but will have to find some more, thicker, 3M tape to reattach it.
